Bullnose joint is composite of kevlar threads. It has good performance after weaving.
It is widedy used on teflon mesh belts. Sometimes also used on teflon fabric conveyor belt.

Alligator joint:
Alligator joint is made of stainless steel. It always use together with kevlar cloth if used on teflon mesh belt and teflon fabric conveyor belt.
Remark: Alligator joint cost is high because it is hand-made. So we always suggest clients to choose bullnose joint

Kevlar cloth(aramid cloth) ,which coated by teflon emulsion is the substrate of castellated joint. It has good performance of high strength, good abrasiveness, anti-high temperature, non-stick.
